KSS, playing the role of a change agent, contributes to improve communities, develop society, and help individuals grow as respected citizens. We intend to promote social change by providing education to physically handicapped, orphans & BPL category children to help them be economically self-reliant and independent.

The vision of our founder Mrs Manju Sinha guided us to lay strong foundation in the field of education, personal hygiene, sanitation, handicrafts promoting talented artisans and artists. Each of the interventions are designed and implemented to meet the following objectives:
• To educate children, provide livelihood and empower the communities. We also provide scholarships for needy students and assist with college fees, diploma courses and/or vocational trainings.
•To advocate, promote and sensitize communities on Primary Health Care by creating awareness of the use of Sanitary Napkins in women.
•To advocate, encourage and guide them for proper disposal of used Sanitary Napkins under Swachh Bharat Mission.
•To empower women by strengthening their physical and emotional well-being with consistent economic stability.
